Love food but hate fat it gives me!

the older I get the harder to lose weight, burn fat, and tone body to build muscle. Need help getting over my sweet tooth and stress eating. Healthy food tastes yuk lol help me make it taste good so I can successful change my eating habit. Thanks.

    I'm a stress eater, too, and would always rather eat junk food (salt is my weakness) over healthy. I lost quite a bit last year by eating healthier, plus doing a mix of cardio/light weights and really toned up, and then ate all winter and have put much of it back on... Feel free to add me as a friend, and we'll help motivate each other and share ways to eat healthier!

    I read about 4-5 excuses in your OP. There are many fit and fabulous older gals on MFP, so lurk and learn. Your sweet tooth and stress eating can be reigned in by practicing self control/will power. You don't need to eat "healthy food" to lose weight, you just need to eat less than you move. Don't wait for the stars to align perfectly before changing your habits. You can start at your very next meal by logging your food.
