How is 'zero carb' ice cream guilt free exactly?

Are carbohydrates not an option for you because of medical reasons?
I don't care about the carbs but this ice cream is low calories compared to others and is great for people who need a treat and want to stay on track with their calories. I personally don't eat this often and I'm not doing low calories as far as diet
1/2 cup of ice cream 150
    ~2 cups of mine 150 :p

You can still stay on track when eating normal ice cream..
I'm glad you think so. However this post is for people who are interested in a lower calorie alternative to regular icecream :)

One serving of your fake ice cream = 150 calories

One serving of real ice cream = 150 calories

I can have a serving a really good gelato for 200 calories or I could have this stuff and poop all night.

    Decisions, decisions.

Man. I could have used this last week though.

    quality > quantity

I can't wait to go to HEB and get myself some more Siviero Maria gelato. I think I'm going to go big and get a 500g tub.

So you're saying I can use 150 calories on 1/2 cup of something amazing and satisfying or 150 calories in 2 cups of something that will leave me kinda sad and still wanting ice cream?

Still choose the former if the latter is just going to make me poop and has that "fake ___" taste.

I had 220 calories of gelato (sea salt caramel Talenti, to be exact). I felt zero guilt. And I even went over my calories. #boom

Nope. A big fat sundae once in a while with all the fixins. Zero guilt. And somehow I've still managed to lose almost 50 pounds.

    BOOM

Ooh. I bet those go well together. I also say I'd rather have pecan pie than the butter pecan gelato, but with scotch...sounds lovely. I have like half a serving left in the freezer...
