Strength training

can someone please help me. I do strength training on my bowflex every other day. Chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders and on Saturday I do legs/abs after my cardio. This program doesn't give a calories burned. I am not sure what number to use. I have been putting in 58. I don't know if this is too high or too low. Really affects what my food intake for the days is. Can someone please help me. Thanks
