ive tried so many times to lose weight. Although I'm not completely overweight I'm definitely out of shape. Right now I'm looking to lose about 8 pounds and hopefully to tone up my entire body. After you finish all your sports and are in the real world for a few years you finally realize how easy it is too eat out ALL THE TIME. It's so terrible and I feel terrible about it constantly. It haunts me when I go to bed at night. So here I am again trying and hoping and telling myself that I can't give up. It's not worth starting over again. Wish me luck.
