That is a huge goal. Good luck in your quest. I'm day 33 in and this app works. Just record everything as honestly as you can and you'll be surprised. You start thinking about food differently. Here's an example. I was out for dinner we were at Johnny Rockets (burger joint). I went online on my iPad to see what I can eat that's under 800 cals. As that's how much I had left for dinner. Most of the burgers were over this except for 1. The veggie burger. I would have never gotten this if I was not using MFP. So I tried it and it was delicious and I was able to stay under my calories and I had enough cals for a beer. .0

I've lost 23 lbs so far, 12 more to go.., In the beginning I thought losing 35 lbs would be impossible, but not as bad as thought.. Well wishes on your journey.. Feel free to add me0
