    Hi! I have a question. I love sugar but have cut back alot. I count calories and drink tons of water. I'll lose a lil than gain 3 pounds back. It's not like I over eat. I got to the gym, but it's hard to chose the machines so I run or do the elipical or stair climber. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thank you

    I injured my knee and I am slowly recovering. So I can´t do much exercise these days, but I am used to being active a lot. I noticed that I´ve put on weight because I could eat more when I was doing sports and now I can´t do konda nothing except for limbing... But I still eat a lot. So I signed to this site to loose a little fat and to be able to watch my calorie income.
