Hello. I was on MFP about 4 years ago and decided to reactivate my account. It's funny how, back then, I weighed about 162 and wanted to lose 20lbs., and now I weight 187.5 (to be exact) and NEED to lose at least 10, preferrably 38lbs. I recently turned 40, was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and I realize I need to be healthy for ME FIRST, then my family. I would love to collaborate, get some encouragement and motivation, and do the same for others...We can do this!

  • You should get a fitbit fitness band. It monitors you activities and sleep patterns which are both important in order to reach your goals annnnd it syncs perfectly with this app.

    Hello,I'm sharon and i'm trying to loose 50 pounds. Just started but find it very hard I cut out soda and cut back on my food and I walk,what else would you sugest
