back from a trip around thailand ( didn't eat clean or exercise for two months ) so weighing in over a stone heavier
Any tips greatly appreciated, already running, cutting out all nasties and counting calories as well as cutting out most carbs ( not clean carbs ).

Get some raw vegetables and fruits back into your body to feed it minerals and vitamins.0

Me too (except for the awesome trip) Good luck with your goals and drink lots and lots of water- if anything you'll burn calories running to the bathroom0

I think that eating right and working out is only half the battle. Attitude is what will get you back on track and over this slump. The very fact that you got right back on here after returning shows that you have the right mind set. This is where most people just give up and don't come back to it. Keep reaching out to your support system whether it's in your personal life or on here and you'll be back like a rock star in no time!!!
