Is my water weight fluctuation normal?

Does anyone else have extreme weight fluctuations? I can gain 4-9 lbs in 24 hrs according to the scale, is that normal?

    Yes, I average an 8 lb fluctuation through the day, but have seen it as high as 13lbs.

    I've heard for females anywhere up to like 7 is normal, but if that is what your body has always done I'd say that's just your average and perfectly ok
