Frustrated with Weight loss journey!

I am hoping to loose 5 pounds but am having a very difficult time. I exercise at least every day and sometimes twice a day. I stay within my calories(although the fat has been in the red a couple of times) and I do not loose anything!! Instead I gain! Is it possible your body will not let you get below a certain weight?

You are going to need to open your diary up for any real help, it is possible that your body has just found it's natural weight.0

you may just need a break from your every day routine. maybe rest a little and change up your exercise to wake your body up from the humdrum of doing the same thing every day?0

Also, you may be losing inches and gaining muscle, so you wouldn't e losing weight at that point. Make sure to take your measurements so you might be able to see progress even if it isn't numbers on the scale.0

I would like to know that too. I am having the same problem these last five pounds won't bulge no matter what I do.0

With only 5 pounds to lose, you should be aiming for a VERY modest deficit. You should have your goals set to .5lbs loss per week. The closer you are to your ideal weight, the harder it is to lose any, so modest deficits work better than large ones.
Because you should be aiming for such a small deficit (250 cals per day), you need to be very accurate with your logging. If you don't have a food scale, I'd strongly recommend that you buy one. You may also want a heart-rate monitor to more accurately gauge calorie burn.
Looking at your diary for a few days:
-You are frequently not eating enough. Not even close. When you restrict calories as severely as you have been and exercise as much as you do, your body goes into emergency mode and will fight you, HARD, to hang on to every single calorie
-You really need to focus on taking in more protein. You should be aiming for 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight as a woman who exercises regularly in order to preserve as much muscle mass as possibe when losing wieght.
-Nearly everything you eat comes from a restaurant, box, can or bag. Focus on preparing more foods at home and avoiding processed foods and the scale should start to move. Not only are all these pre-prepared foods full of things you don't really want or need in your body, they are horrific in terms of sodium, making you retain water.
-There's a lot of junk/sweets in there too. Work on reducing that as well. When you're restricting calories somewhat and have so little to lose, there's not a lot of room for crap in your diet.0
