Two cups of brown basmati rice (trader joes) cooked
Frozen peas one cup
Liquid egg whites one cup
Semi boiled chopped carrots 1/2 cup
1/2 cup or so of chicken stocK
2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Throw peas in medium heat pan with a little chicken stock. Heat up and keep adding chicken stock until you have 1/4 of a cup left. Then add carrots and heat up. Then add in rice. And heat up. Then rest of chicken stock and heat up. Once everything is warm. Turn up heat on high and add in egg whites all at once and stir continuously until cooked through. Once done you can add about 2 table spoons of soy sauce and stir well
