Hey everyone, just wanted to share my weight loss progress. My name is Jim, and I'm from Utah. I started my journey around 354, now at 296. I'm looking forward to losing the next 96 lbs and getting to goal. Feel free to add me if you like. I'm always looking for more friends.

    great job bud! I like seeing these posts it helps me to keep trying. I know it sounds weird because I should just be happy to do it for myself but this site has helped me in many ways to believe I really will change my lifestyle this time around. Thank you!
