Unfortunately, it can be hard to figure out why this happens sometimes. Are you logging your food intake, counting calories (to prevent over/under consuming), drinking lots of water, and eating your exercise calories? Just a few of the possible culprits... Good luck!

How are your clothes fitting? I was working out for a while and lost absolutely nothing but my clothes fit better. I was advised that I was building muscle in place of the fat. If you have a pound of muscle and a pound of fat, they will weigh the same but the muscle is heavier and leaner than the fat so the scale didn't move but I definitely noticed a difference in my body. Are you taking measurements? When I get discouraged from lack of weight loss, I will measure myself and typically find a loss there.

Try interval training to lose weight! Some weights, then 1 min. of hard cardio, repeat for at least 30min. Don't forget to warm up and cool down! Good Luck!

As another poster said, drink your water! It's helped me drop pounds because I was so dehydrated and eating when I should have been drinking.

Another I can suggest is try switching up your cardio and weights. Your body may be getting used to the exercises and stop responding as well. When I do my cardio, I switch between the treadmill and interval training on the elliptical. I do one day of each and alternate days.
