Hi all,
New to this today, I have some baby weight to lose and as the baby is nearly a year old I thought it was about time.
I'm not strict enough with myself, I find it too easy to just put empty calories in my mouth at the moment.
I have started meal planning, not so much "diet food" just proper meals instead of snacking on rubbish on the move.

    That's a good start. I find tracking my calories and exercise helps me realise just how much I'm eating and how much work it takes to balance it.

  • Thanks guys, I am seriously needing to retrain myself into better eating.
    THis was my 3rd baby and last so going to get myself back on track..I am amazed at how easy it is to just eat ridiculous amounts of calories withou realising it.
