hey I'm Tab and I'm 28 years old. I started my weight loss journey July 2nd 2012. I was the biggest I had e8243eij7891q.jpg
ver been in my life 98.9kgs . After trying crash diet after crash diet. I spoke to my doctor had many blood tests and other medicals that came back concerning results low iron low blood pressure very low sugar and very low cholesterol and thyroid levels that barely existed and many medications that didn't work and made me I'll we spoke about Duromine to help boost all my levels . So after me researching and weighing up all the pros and cons I decided to give it a try. For the 1st 6-7 weeks I set my focus on diet and once I had that under control I hit the gym and after 6 months I had dropped 18kgs and my doctor did want me to stay on Duromine but I decided not to and to continue my weight loss myself. I did hit some speed humps I started getting bad inflammation around my body mainly hands elbows and knees (this was happening for years but I didn't care enough to look after myself and ignored it) after more blood tests I was diagnosed with rhumithoid arthritis but this didn't stop me I hit the gym a bit harder to help keep my body as healthy as I could and over the following months I had been having digestive problems and issues with gluten and as I said before I never cared enough about myself to get help and after more blood tests and a colonoscopy it came back with celiac disease another little speed hump . This still didn't stop me from working hard to loss weight and get fit and healthy . So nearly 3year down the line speed humps and all I now weigh 57kgs . So my Message is no matter how hard it is don't give up stay strong and go hard. 0hm7hdgliaqt.jpg

You are truly inspiring. I deal with chronic illness that causes pain and fatigue and am finally up to exercising regularly and I love it. Please feel free to add me if you like. I would like that.
