I'm getting a bit bored with the same foods!
So does anyone have some low fat/low cal recipes that I could use?

    I make a Mediterranean/Greek salad with a mixed greens, fresh dill, and a minced chive base. I then add cucumber, tomato, red onion, roasted red peppers, Kalamata olives, marinated artichoke hearts, pepperoncinis, feta, and sometimes baked salmon if I want the extra protein. I use olive oil and red wine vinegar for the dressing. I think the key to making a salad into something that's actually crave worthy is adding enough dimension of texture and flavor. The fat doesn't have to come from creamy dressings or cheese. Pickled or marinated veggies, toasted chickpeas, sesame seeds, and pepitas can really make a difference. You could make it vegan too if you took of the feta and added avocado and some beans or something.
