NSV - I braved returning to the gym

The guys at my gym have known me a LONG time, ie when I was at my fittest and saw me get bigger and bigger and... then I ran away to hide because I was too ashamed of how I looked :frown:

Last week I went back for the first time in a LONG time, saw my friend who works there (and gives a good ar*e kicking when it's needed! Helps that he's nice to look at too!) :blushing:

So I went out at lunch time and bought some new mid length gym pants, Tshirt, ankle weights and pretty colourful trainer socks! :happy: No I didn't really need the socks!

Tonight, gym, here I come!
