I'm looking for people around my age for friends? It seems that the older people keep saying I wouldn't understand half the stuff they say so people my age?

    If you type in the words "young people" under search above, a bunch of posts come up asking your same question. Some of those folks might be likely candidates. I also ran across an 18 year old this morning who posted the words "feeling like giving up". If you search that as well, she could probably use a friend or two. Good luck in your journey, and the development of your support network.
