hello my name is Rebecca and I'm trying to get to 120 by June. I'm alittle confused on how this app works it said I should take in 740 calories, but I workout 1 1/2 4 days a week and 3 days I work out 30mins. I don't feel like I'm taking enough food in , any advice

The app should not be advising that low. In the past it would not. What did you set your activity level too? If you disagree with the site you can look up different recommendations for what you are eating online, or actually go see someone for advice in person. The site lets you set your goals yourself. If you find a number you agree with more you can change your settings to the number you agree with. To do so you go into the goal section and click the manual one.0
