Week One Complete!

Ok, I made it through the weekend and completed my first week of dieting and tracking all of my food intake. I don't think I've ever even tracked my food on paper or pc for a whole day. Tonight I am joining a gym to start getting some serious workouts in. I'm feeling really good about my fitness trek this time, gotta keep the positive vibes going. Do it!

Good Luck! It's really different when you have to put it in writing everyday. I love the site. I have been doing it for almost a year and have lost all I want. I am maintaining now and still love it. Best of luck on your journey and don't get discouraged if you hit a plateau. You can do anything you want.0

It IS something to be excited about! Obviously your personal health is so important, but what a great role model you will be to your kiddos! Keep them in mind whenever it gets tough. Want for yourself, what you would want for them. :flowerforyou:0
