To join a group, you just find the group, either by going through them and picking ones you like, or by searching for the name of a specific one, and then hit the join (or add to my groups, I can't remember exactly what it says lol) button. Some groups may be private and in that case you have to add the creator of the group and ask for them to send you an invite. Hope that helps!
