NSV running leash

This morning I was getting ready for my run with my dog. I clipped his hands-free jogging leash around my waist and to my surprise it fell down around my hips and butt! I haven't adjusted it since I started my fitness
journey in January. Hurrah!

Because I use one of those leashes for running with my dog, I know exactly what you are talking about. Congrats! It's so awesome when you see your progress in an NSV.0
