Green juice diet

I've been juicing for 3 weeks and have lost 14lb now I've started eating fruit and veg, need to loose another 7lb but my chocolate cravings are back. Why?

Do whatever works for you. Everyone's going to have their opinion but at the end of the day its about what's best for you and what you can handle.. We're not all made the same..Some ppl prefer solids some and sync between liquids and solids, and some can't...0

When eating fruit stick to low glycemic fruits like Strawberry's blueberry s grape fruit. Eat more vegies stick to ones that grow above the ground they have a lower sugar level. My guess is with the types of fruit and vegies your eating they have high sugar content this is why your craving chocolate. Hope this helps0

sorry, a diet of 100% liquids is not going to teach OP how to have long term weight loss and how to keep it off.
OP - are you really going to juice for the rest of your life?
The reason that you are having cravings is because you are not eating solid foods and you are probably consuming an absurdly low number of calories per day.0 -
