You need to lift small weights maybe 5 lbs or 2 lbs , itll help tone your arm and strengthen at the same time

You will lose fat from all over. Your skin's recovery is dependent on age, genetucs, how long you held the extra fat, etc. Every person is a bit different. But 25 lbs. over your entire body is not a lot so I would not be too worried.

I will echo the suggestion to lift weights in order to strengthen your arms. But my suggestion is to lift heavier than 5 lbs. A full body lifting program like Strong Curves or Starting Strength will set you on a good path. Even a bodyweight strength program like You Are Your Own Gym will have you do exercises that will help strengthen and shape your arms.
  • Thank you !

  • I was thinking the same thing, I just heard so many stories about people who lose weight and stay with flabby arms, so I didn't want that. But thank you so much I'll take your advice (:

Ugh, I just saw my "genetics" typo

I had not worn tank tops in years before losing weight last year. By the time tank top weather hit, my arms were fine even with just having done bodyweight training (pushups, dips, assisted pullups, etc) plus one arm dumbbell rows, for ~2.5-3 months.
