I'm EDNOS in recovery, lowest BMI only about 18.1, but I know it's the mindset and not the number on the scale that defines an ED. I'be gained about 10 pounds since entering recovery and I'm trying to lose again without sticking my fingers down my throat. Any other Anas or Mias in recovery want to connect? Give and take support and positive energy from someone who knows the struggle

I'm in this boat but not sure if ex ana-mias would be triggering? Like it's been a few years now and I've finally started to feel able to weigh food again, count calories etc without going off the deep end. Already I'm under my 1,200 goal on this thing and it's bothering me that I make everything into LESS LESS LESS. Does anyone else feel this way? x0

I feel like since I got this app I've become more obsessed with my calorie intake I mean I stopped purging but (well actually it still happens when I work too hard) I try to be under my calorie goal idk maybe I'm not recovered just yet...0 -
Wow been a long time since I heard the term "mia." I've been recovered for 5 years now and just wanted to drop some encouragement...and I think focusing on calories and strict measurements of food can be really counterproductive for recovery. My previous attempts to use this app or another one I had ended badly, it was a clear road to relapse for me. Best of luck to all of you and trust me when I say that life is so much better without an eating disorder...and it is much easier to control my weight without bulimia.0

I recovered from a 7 year battle with severe anorexia nervosa that almost claimed my life multiple times. Since then I started birth control and gained some weight. I'm trying to lose it in a healthy way and would love to be friends with y'all to help support each other in any way possible! Feel free to add me0
