Athlete's foot

I don't know where to put this so I am asking on this board.
I have the start of athlete's food. I had it years ago and let it go too far before treating. This time I am on top of it. I washed both pairs of shoes, I have been treating my feet with the cream, doing epsom salt baths, using the powder and letting them air out for two days. But I am dying to get back up and moving. I hate sitting.
Question is, can I still workout when I have it or will it just aggravate it more?

I can't answer the question about working out, but have a suggestion for soaking it. Athletes foot is a fungus, so the acetic acid in vinegar will help. Soak in 10 parts water to 1 part plain white vinegar instead of the Epsom salts.0

Also - Treat your socks. The fungus can survive for days in your drawer.0

Yes, keep working out. That won't affect it at all.0

Yes I did the vinegar too. I followed it up with the salts because it was peppermint salt and it smelled better
I did wash ALL my existing workout socks too. EVERYTHING. Been a boring weekend of laundry and no working out
