    I've never posted pics before so this is an experiment, not sure why it keeps flipping them to one side! Anyhow, this is about 25lbs difference, starting to see a jawline again after very long absence! Well done to everyone here, you all look fantastic!

    I'm down another 12 lbs, smaller clothes are fitting, I have muscles, I can jog :):):) and my energy level is through the roof!
