Hey! Add me on Instagram if you like food logging with pictures littleapple1388
I find that logging my meals helps me feel motivated to make better/prettier meals (and prettier for me means healthier!) Veggies, meats, fruits, etc... They just look so pretty arranged on a plate together! It's hard NOT to take a picture.
If you log your food with pictures, what's the appeal? What do you like taking pictures of the most?

I just started a new Instagram account to log my food. Bit of an experiment. I'm a food writer, and so I already share a fair bit of food on my personal account, but I want to try using photos to log everything (along with myfitnesspal) to create a by more accountability and see a visual of what I eat.
I'm @iatefoodtoday
Would love to follow more people doing something similar.0
