We all make mistakes. I know I have been there and when I'm in the midst of it it is so easy to keep eating instead of thinking about it. There will be a tomorrow and you can do it!0

Log it and move on. And maybe make sure there is no pie and ice cream in the house next weekend, until you gain the self control to be satisfied with a piece or two as your calories allow (*)0
