no motivation & I need to lose weight

the doctor said that once I was on levothyroxine I would start losing weight and I still haven't seen it happen. How can I jump start things?

Yea, well it doesnt make you lose weight when you take it. All it does is stop you from gaining 2 lbs every day. You have to do something to get the weight off. Same happened to me and I have 90 lbs to lose. Add me if you like.0
