ugh not losing !!! help

I have not drank pop, stated away from sweets, counting calories and exercise 5 days a week for at least an hour for 3 weeks now and only have lost 3lbs... What an I doing wrong ?

1lb a week is 52lbs in a year, that's a lot of weight, you're still losing weight0
