Baking apples

Quick question... If I bake a gala apple in the microwave by just coring it and putting 1 mini box of raisins in the core, do I just add up the calories for the apple and the raisins or does baking it change the calorie value?

    Log the weight (ideally) of each item separately in its pre-microwaved state.

    Also jw how do you eat that? Actually sounds pretty tasty (I love raisins).
