Updating Weight

How often to you update your weight on MFP? I know most people say to weigh in once a week and that is what I normally do but I do peek at the scale throughout the week.

    I usually try to put my scale somewhere I can't see it (so I'll forget it exists haha) and set an alarm for Saturday mornings to remind myself that I can weigh myself again.

    I usually try to wait 1-2 weeks because I like to be surprised by a lower number :3
  • I weigh myself every morning when I wake up..and I update anytime I see a loss of 1lb.
  • I was weighing myself every 2-3 days but it was starting to drive me a bit crazy, so I've changed it to weighing in once a week.

    I update my weight on here every 2 weeks. Most do it weekly, like you said, though.

    I update it 1x a week on MFP but like checking daily to see how weight fluctuates and how the meal the night before really did affect me.

    I like proof so if it is said/known that sodium causes water retention or carbs sit in your body longer I want to see it to believe it.

    I weigh every morning and will log a loss after I have been the same (or lower) weight 3 days in a row. That allows for the bodies fluctuations and my blurry eyed focus in the morning. I don't let the ups and downs get to me. I am sticking with this for the long haul and refuse to let a couple pounds up ruin my day (or week).
