Link to youtube video showing calorie comparison - weighing and estimating food?

I notice a great video posted as a reply a couple of days ago on the forums. Some guy was showing the huge difference between calories on a days worth of food when eyeballing your food compared to weighing everything. Anyway I can't find it now. Could someone oblige with posting the video or link please?
