Any one else have trouble with carbs. I crave em and have withdrawal type symptoms any advice how to kick em out

Honestly I dont have a problem because I dont restrict them. I lose weight fine with them. I focus on being at a deficit and a non restrictive diet roughly 80/20 based on min 5 fruit and veg a day, lean proteins and complex carbs.
Some tips here, but they seem to sensibly apply against just no eating things that arent in your allowance and snacking rathern than carbs as part of your macros.

Same with me. As long as I'm within my goals, I eat carbs just fine!0

Ok I won't put myself they it even my hubby says I have really bad mood swings wen I cut em out0
