Hi Guys,
I have over 10 stone to loose and have signed up today. I like to follow a low carb diet as I always find I loose weight and feel satisfied but I'm not sure what I should set my goals to be in terms of protein and fat -I'm aiming for less than 50gs of carbs a day but what should my protein and fat balance be? I'm on 1,910 calories a day. To be honest in the past I've done low carb without tracking calories in and out and have lost weight but when I think about what I was eating I was coming in at probably around 2,200 calories and still loosing. Any suggestions or tips would be really helpful.
