Hi Guys,
I have over 10 stone to loose and have signed up today. I like to follow a low carb diet as I always find I loose weight and feel satisfied but I'm not sure what I should set my goals to be in terms of protein and fat -I'm aiming for less than 50gs of carbs a day but what should my protein and fat balance be? I'm on 1,910 calories a day. To be honest in the past I've done low carb without tracking calories in and out and have lost weight but when I think about what I was eating I was coming in at probably around 2,200 calories and still loosing. Any suggestions or tips would be really helpful.

50g of carbs = 200 cals say 10%, protein in the range 20 - 35% (MFP does steps of 5) and fat to make 100. Custom goals, obviously.0

Concerning the low carb not necessary but if it works for you great, each to their own. Here is a link for setting up your macros and calories, adjust as you see fit. If you look no doubt you will find low carb groups on here that could offer support but beware of the pseudo-science.
