Need extra 300 calories, no carbs, ideas?

Finally worked out how to adjust my carb/protein/fat ratios on MFP and I see that I'm consistently over on my carbs but I am almost always under on my calories.

I want to add another 300 calories to my daily intake but not push up my carbs, cholesterol or sodium. Normally that'd say protein shake to me but I'm already having one or two each day so I need other ideas.

    a couple of eggs, or egg whites, or some lean meat will get you there with no carbs.

    Turkey jerkey is a bit lower in sodium than regular beef jerkey. Or if you aren't allergic, add mixed nuts to your diet.

    avocado, cocounut milk, raw nuts, any nut butters, healthy oils

    I'd add Salmon or other fish to your diet...also greek yogart is high in protein and low in carbs have it in the morning with no fat cottage cheese spice or splenda to taste

    Wish I liked avocados, one of nature's super foods. Also wish I could afford steak every day, I could eat that by the bucket.

    Going to go with eggs and chicken breast on top of my normal breakfast rotation. I'm also going to have to keep it at 2 protein shakes a day as well, days I'm lowest is the days are the days I only have one protein shake.
