If I lose 2lb a week on 1200 cals a day, what is my actual TDEE?

Just I'm sure it's lower than what mfp would have me believe - I had 1600 cals recommended for 2lb a week loss but I stick to 1200, call it 1250/1300 maybe for any accuracy errors (but I have a food scale, am not a numpty and I'm very careful with logging!)
I am not having any problem by the way, this is purely just out of interest. I'm 28lbs down so far and loving it. Just interested in what my actual TDEE is and haven't had enough coffee for the math!

How tall are you and your weight? It doesn't take a lot of math, there are calculators out there for you!

Iifym too! My phone is just not copy/pasting links well!0 -
If all your numbers are accurate, then your average TDEE would be 2250/2300. Realistically, you can't be that accurate. Even with a food scale, your calorie intake may be 20% off. If you ate what you believe is 1600 calories in a day, it could be as high as 1920 or as low as 1280. The calories you think you are eating are within that range, so don't discount what MFP says just yet.0

TDEE = Calorie intake + 500 * Weekly weight loss in lbs ; by MFP method.0

I like this calculator too0 -
Online "calculators" are estimators and will also give different results depending on the formulas used.
First have a coffee (or two...) then work it out from the last 4 weeks of your own data.
Calories consumed + 3500 for every pound lost divided by 28.
It won't be entirely accurate of course but will compensate for logging inaccuracies.0 -

Guys, you don't need a TDEE estimator when the OP has given us actual figures.0 -

Yeah, this is what I had in mind
I've consistently lost 2lb a week over 11 weeks so far (with a little more loss as is expected in the early days) on what I strongly believe to be as accurate as you can get count of 1200 cals per day. I have no problem with and am enjoying this - But these figures indicate a certain TDEE and I was wondering what it was going by my actual results and not what mfp declares
But anyway thank you I've another coffee in hand and will work it out

2lbs a week is a 1000cal deficit/day. TDEE = 1200+1000=2200 give or take.0
-
2200-ish, give or take an error bracket, modulo measurement inaccuracies in the scale, the food scale, calories consumed, calories burned.
2 pounds is 7000 calories (3500-ish per pound). That's 1000 a day for the 2 pounds a week you're losing.. The 1200 you eat plus the 1000 deficit is ... 2200.
Plus: Math is hard, right? But this ain't rocket science. smh ...
