for the last two weeks I have had one flu after the other. How do you stay eating correctly when a. You do not feel like eating or making anything to eat? B. You have to drink Gatorade and ginger ale to make you stomach calm down? I have tried really hard to stay focused on my foods but right now all I want is comfort foods and crackers

    Get well, then get started. Give yourself permission to just get better...rest, get plenty of fluids and then get back on track with counting calories.

    I agree you need to get better, than you can get back at it, don't stress, just focus on getting better, Hope you are back on your feet soon

    I don't have the flu, but I fell outside and threw my back out. Take it one day at a time and get healthy, once the flu goes away you can continue your quest.
