New to MFP

I have tried the low carb, low calorie diet. It worked, but then stalled, and I was getting tired of meat and cheese! but was happy with the loss. this seems to be easier, and I can enter my own recipes and it figures it out for me! My goal is 30 pounds... fingers crossed!

    I'm new here too and loving it! I think it's great that you can keep track of everything all in one place! I'm looking to lose between 20-30 lbs, not decided on a definite yet. Welcome anyway! :)

    Hi,

    This one is much easier to use to track what you are eating and allows you the variety without sticking to the same foods over and over again. All the diets I have tried recently have been salad, salad and more salad, it's worked but not sure I can eat much more lettuce :/

    Good luck with meeting the goal, I've set myself 20lbs to begin with but hope I can exceed :D
