Is that all your eating??0

No, I eat regular meals and have added one tablespoon of grass fed butter and two tablespoons of virgin coconut oil and I am losing weight steadily.-1

You're at a calorie deficit.0
-
No I eat regular but add more healthy fats.0
-
so, how many calories a day are you eating?0

What's the point of this thread?0
-
About 2,300 a day is the average. I have an app that keeps track of daily calories. Search online for benefits of grass fed butter and also benefits of virgin coconut oil. They are super foods!

Haha I need to get some of this coconut oil and spread it over some cake and ice cream! Instant weight loss
I do use butter as opposed to margarine, but I lose weight because I'm in a deficit.0 -

Sorry, but healthy fats do not make you defy the laws of physics. You are eating at a calorie deficit.0

You're not defying the laws of science. If you're losing, you're in a deficit, eating below whatever your personal maintenance calories actually are. If you're eating in a surplus and losing weight, you need to go see a Dr. ASAP to get your thyroid checked, hyperthyroidism is very serious.0

ummm..where does it say eating grass fed butter helps you lose weight?0 -
Just wanted to share my success. I eat healthy. Exercise hard every day and have recently added some good fats to my diet and noticed weight loss. I don't eat junk food at all and avoid all sugars.
Maybe what works for me may not work for others. Thank you for commenting everyone.0 -

Unfortunately the only advice you gave was that people could eat butter and coconut oil and magically lose weight, you never mentioned the fact that you eat healthy, work out hard, and are therefore in a calorie deficit.0 -
Yes you're right. I should of explained my lifestyle.0

I stopped taking anything you said seriously when you used the term "superfood". Buzzword bs.0
