How many calories should I consume??

I know every body is different, but I've been struggling lately with how much I should actualy be consuming. I've gone from 1200, to 1350, back to 1200 and now back up to 1350. But even now I'm reading and hearing I should be consuming about 1500 daily. My activity level is CrossFit 3 to 4 times a week, and my job consists of sitting at a desk all day. Any suggestions? I'm 5'5, 156 and like to get below 150. Thanks!
