Re-booting my weight loss

I've been on here before and lost ten pounds. I was doing well but fell off track and gained the ten back. I've recently been trying to eat better and since its spring I want to start walking and maybe jogging outside. I'd love some support considering I tend to be easily distracted from this and I love to eat unhealthy things still.

But yeah, I'd love to talk and if you've lost weight maybe some tips would be great too!!

    Google "IIFYM". It's a flexible way of dieting that allows you to still fit in those "unhealthy" foods that you enjoy as long as stay at a caloric deficit (for weight loss).
