Hi all how are you all?
I've really taken to walking and having 3 children i find it easy to fit into my day and its cheap! The thing is at the moment i have tone ups and they seem to be making me twist my right knee.
So as the title says what are the best sort to buy for walking. I walk fast and keep trying to beat my time for getting places (sad i know) also i don't have a huge amount of money so nothing to pricey.
thank you clare
p.s add me as a friend if you like i could do with all the suport i can get
