Hello. I've been trying to get back to a smaller size. I've been working out and got stronger but I found myself getting fatter because I wasn't watching nutrition. Trying to slim down without sacrificing my muscle tone.

    Check your portions! Keep working out and cut portions and I bet you'll get where you want to be. Go by how you feel and not a number on the scale. Muscles are our friends.
  • Mfp is good for this because, when I feel hungrier because I have been exercising, I can still monitor how much I am eating. Good luck with it.
