So I am looking to maximize my weight loss... What is the best diet to add to my 5 days a week work out...I already only drink water and cut out sweets... Thanks in advance

The best diet is the one you'll stick to, not some arbitrary horse-hockey shenanigans found on the internet.
You're far more likely to stick to what you're used to eating.
Eat what you always eat, just eat less of it. Enough less that you maintain a sufficient Caloric Deficit for your (unstated) weight loss goals.0 -

I lost 15lbs in a day by pushing a baby out of my lady parts. Other than that, eat at a deficit.0
