    iofred do not burst my burst of pleasure! lol.....I do realize some of us go a bit slower and some a bit faster than others but most of us are TRYING for a longer, healthier life... o:) errrrrrrrr I think......lol and then tut, tut, tut there are a 'few' who look like they are trying too kill themselves.... :p

    Today was a good hiking day (4 miles) with Husband and my little girls....

    TOTAL thus far March 30th ....................104.25 Walking miles...

    Good day to post this. Yesterday I took this bike for a test ride. It's really light and responsive, but I'm not sure about the flat handlebars.

    jacqueline I do not like straight handlebars either but unfortunately mine has them....My husband found some straight up extensions that go on the end of the bars that help..

    OK HERE IT IS...THE END! <3 Dont get too happy with it...We get too do it all over in April....

    WELL I NEVER~! lol....I tried 4 times on my Lap top too post my last mileage here..I could not get it too work. Am on my Desk top computer this morning and walla I can post..What is up with THAT? So I copy/pasted from April..

    Got abit wet and windy at the end of the month here and had a spill on the cross bike :( DNS on my audax due to horizontal rain.
    Back running again though, no pain from my knee which is good but theyve tarmaced a strech of the canal that i liked :(
    Hopefully the weather is going to clear and i can get an injury free month or 2.

    480 miles total for March and 137,928 steps in the 2 weeks ive had the vivoactive

    Well done for everyone on keeping at it, Summers coming :smiley:

    Geez Louise, Gruff! Here you been playing Mr. Silent on us while gearing up to throw over 400 miles and I-cant-even-count how many steps! Yep, Gruff is steal top dog around here.
