Losing the baby weight

Hey, I had my first baby boy 7 weeks ago. I didn't gain too much, but I did start out 20lbs higher than my target weight. I have lost all of the baby weight and now it's time to get down to my target weight of 135. My best friend has lost 19lbs so far, so I'm quite confident that we can get down to our target weight together. I love the idea of watching my portion control. I find that if you are keeping track of what you're eating, you're less likely to be lackadaisical about what you're consuming. Go ahead and add me, if you would like! MamaDiener

Just remember that if you're breastfeeding, you need to add 300-400 calories per day. I have increased mine and I've still lost weight. Good luck!0
