Like everyone else, I put it under circuit training..interesting though how different people get differnet calories burned...I've read people logging anywhere from 150 to 380 calories burned for the shred.....how is this possible???lol,...I get about 179 putting it under circuit training.....

It depends on your age height weight and level of intensity, the more you weigh the more you burn. I've burned up too 420 calories doing a 20 minute session before. Plus you need a HRM with a chest strap for a accurate reading.

Ya the calorie counter on MFP can be a little confusing becasue I sometimes feel like there is no way i am burning that! My body however at this weight burns a ton!! Which is good!! And if I question the calories calculated I double check it on Livestrong or health one calorie calculator. And usually its higher on the other sites!

I think that I will go buy it today!!!

( other random question! How noisy is it?? Im on the 3rd floor with hardwoods???)

I'm on the 3rd floor also but I have carpet, and I also workout bare feet. Other then the jumping around which I try to land as lightly as possible. You should be fine.

It depends on their weight. MFP says 130ish cals for me, my HRM has said anywhere from 120-140 before so I trust MFP.

what if you don't have a HRM, can you still do it for now?
