Postpartum weight loss

hey all! Just had my baby 2.5 weeks ago.. I've gained 35 lbs total throughout my pregnancy and am now at a stand still of 10 more lbs to lose. I am breastfeeding, haven't had my 6 week check up yet but I plan to start working out afterwards.. If anyone knows, does this app allow you to add on calories burned from breastfeeding?

    Same here. I gained a lot during pregnancy and have lost nothing more than just the baby and fluid weight from the birth. Breastfeeding seems to not be helping me alone. My son is 5 weeks and I just got cleared to exercise. I would live to know how many calories to add.

    I've read to add 500 calories to your daily intake.. But burning wise I've seen people say it could range anywhere from 500-800 calories per feeding!
